Statements
One per calendar month, in sats, prepared early the next month. You see each one, merchant by merchant.
Payouts
Once SatsRail approves a statement, we pay it to your Lightning Address. The payment hash is on your Earnings page.
Minimum
$50. A month worth less rolls over into the next statement.
Payout address
Only your account's owner can change it, and every change is emailed to your whole team.

Before you apply.

Who can apply?

A business in one of the countries SatsRail serves that sets merchants up to take payments: payment consultants, POS and software companies, agencies, and anyone serving merchants banks leave out. You apply from a free SatsRail account, complete KYB and accept the reseller agreement. SatsRail reviews every application.

What does KYB ask for?

Three documents: a government-issued ID, a business license and a proof of address, each a PDF, JPEG or PNG up to 10 MB. You also accept the reseller agreement and give your company's name, a contact email and your country. The application goes to SatsRail for review as soon as the last piece is in. Only SatsRail staff open your documents.

How is my share set?

We agree it with you when we approve your application: a percentage of the subscription fees your merchants pay SatsRail. There is no fixed public rate. You earn on fees actually collected, so a merchant on the free plan earns you nothing until it moves to a paid plan. A later change to your share applies only to payments after it.

When and how are payouts paid?

Monthly, in sats. Early each month SatsRail prepares a statement of the month before. Once we approve it, we pay it to the Lightning Address your account's owner set. A statement worth less than $50 rolls over into the next month's. Every statement, and every payout's payment hash, is on your Earnings page.

What happens to my merchants if I stop?

Nothing changes for them. Each merchant owns its SatsRail account and its wallet, and pays SatsRail directly, so its payments and its plan carry on. When a reseller leaves the program or is suspended, its merchants' open support tickets move to SatsRail automatically, and it stops earning on their fees.

Do I bill my merchants or handle their money?

No. SatsRail bills each merchant directly, and customers pay the merchant's own wallet. Your share comes from SatsRail, separately, so you never sit in the money flow.
